Neurosaathi is an educational, organizational, and care navigation platform designed to empower parents of children with neurodevelopmental differences. Neurosaathi does NOT provide medical diagnosis, clinical treatment plans, or prescription medication advice. Never disregard professional medical counsel or delay seeking clinical evaluation because of information accessed on this website.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or creating an account on Neurosaathi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not use our services.
2. Platform Capabilities & User Responsibility
- Developmental Roadmaps & IEP Letters: All generated roadmaps, teacher accommodation letters, and daily schedules are suggestive templates meant to be customized in consultation with your child's pediatricians, school special educators, and therapists.
- Child Passport Management: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of clinical documents, CARS-2 reports, and therapy milestones uploaded into your vault.
- Emergency Scenarios: In the event of acute psychological distress, self-harm, or medical emergencies, contact national toll-free helplines immediately (Tele-MANAS: 14416 / Childline: 1098).
3. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use
The Neurosaathi design system, isometric voxel graphics, proprietary care protocols, and Saathi mascot illustrations are proprietary intellectual property. Parents are granted a personal, non-commercial license to print and share their child's 1-page passport brief and school IEP letters with teachers, therapists, and medical boards.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Neurosaathi, its founders, and clinical advisors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform or reliance on suggested home routines.
